Deputy Store Manager / Assistant Market Manager

You support the store management at REWE Passinger oHG with all tasks, including acting as deputy. Full-time, permanent. As a manager you take on responsibility and help create a pleasant and appreciative work culture. With suitable practical experience, you can later take over a REWE store as a self-employed merchant.

• You help drive the implementation of the successful REWE sales concept and carry out the related advertising and sales measures
• You manage sales, cost and inventory development and the implementation of quality management, and ensure compliance with legal and company regulations
• You support your team with advice and action, lead by example and create the duty rosters
• You lead with appreciation and as an equal; trusting cooperation is a matter of course for you
• You ensure through expert advice and friendly service that our customers feel completely at ease

• Your completed commercial training, preferably in food retail – a qualification as a certified retail specialist (Handelsfachwirt) is a plus
• Ideally your work experience as a (deputy) manager in sales
• Your drive to achieve, your organizational skills and your results-oriented way of working
• Your leadership skills, sense of responsibility and team spirit
