You are responsible for implementing the successful REWE sales concept and realize the associated advertising and sales measures. You control sales, cost, and inventory development as well as the implementation of quality management and ensure compliance with legal and operational regulations. You support your team with advice and action, lead by example, and create duty rosters. You lead appreciatively and at eye level, a trusting cooperation is a matter of course for you. You ensure with competent advice and obliging service that our customers feel completely at ease.

Your completed commercial training, preferably in food retail – your qualification as a retail business administrator is a plus. Ideally your professional experience as a (deputy) manager in sales. Your performance motivation, organizational skills, and results-oriented way of working. Your leadership competence, sense of responsibility, and team spirit. Your willingness to work in a flexible shift system with deployment times from Monday to Saturday between 07:00 and 22:00.
