Admin HR International

Part-time position (max. 20 hours) as Admin HR International at Rheinmetall AG in Düsseldorf, permanent contract.

• Competent contact person for employees and close cooperation with departments and HR teams
• Checking and assessing the need for A1 certificates and PWD registrations for business trips
• Administrative support for assignment processes and creating and maintaining reports
• Preparing, managing and maintaining HR documents and personnel files while ensuring high data quality

• Successfully completed commercial training
• Confident use of IT applications and enjoyment of working with digital tools and data entry, ideally with SAP and government reporting portals
• Very good German and English, written and spoken
• First professional experience in HR, ideally in working with authorities and health insurers
• Structured, careful and reliable way of working and strong organizational skills
