Executive Assistant to the Management

Rheinmetall Landsysteme GmbH in Kassel. Direct and trusting cooperation with the management of the Business Unit Wheeled Vehicles of Rheinmetall Landsysteme. Employment type: Full-time, Contract type: Permanent contract.

• Direct and trusting cooperation with the management of the Business Unit Wheeled Vehicles of Rheinmetall Landsysteme
• Support and relief in operational, organizational and administrative tasks
• Organization of appointments and events including planning, implementation as required and travel management
• Support in the creation of presentations, documents and speeches and their compilation for appointments
• Preparation and follow-up of meetings, committees and discussions, including minute-taking and assumption of routine tasks
• Independent optimization of internal processes as well as general secretarial tasks

• Completed commercial training as e.g. management assistant for office management or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in an assistant/secretarial function
• Confident use of MS Office applications and ideally first experience with SAP
• Very good German skills and good English skills in writing and speaking
• Friendly and confident demeanor in dealing with customers and internal stakeholders
• Strong organizational and coordination skills as well as structured, reliable and independent working style
