Expert External Reporting

Full-time position with a permanent contract at Rheinmetall AG in Düsseldorf in external group reporting.

• Preparing the group financial statements as well as the quarterly statements and the half-year financial report
• Supporting the tagging of the group financial statements and the annual preparation of the electronic reporting format
• Preparing internal reporting files for quarterly external reporting
• Analyzing the effects of new accounting standards on reporting requirements and the management model
• Supporting the further development and optimization of group reporting

• Completed university degree with a focus on accounting, auditing or a comparable field
• At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in an industrial company or an auditing firm
• Good knowledge of the regulatory requirements for external reporting, especially IFRS, ESEF and DRS
• Ability to prepare complex matters in a structured and understandable way
• Knowledge of SAP SEM BCS and disclosure management systems is an advantage
• Analytical thinking and a structured, independent way of working
• Very good German and good English skills, spoken and written
