HR Compensation & Benefits Specialist

Rheinmetall Landsysteme GmbH is looking for an HR Compensation & Benefits Specialist (m/f/d) in Kassel, full-time with a permanent contract.

• Further development of compensation structures: building and continuously maintaining market-based salary bands, carrying out benchmarks and ensuring internal fairness, legal compliance (Pay Transparency Directive) and external competitiveness
• Support of the share purchase program: ongoing administration of the program, including coordination with interfaces, external providers, etc.
• Further development of the (international) benefits landscape: analysis, introduction and optimization of benefits to increase employer attractiveness and employee retention and satisfaction

• Completed degree in business administration with a focus on human resources management / compensation & benefits or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in human resources, compensation & benefits in an international context
• Strong knowledge of salary analysis and policy, job evaluation/grading models and methods, share purchase programs and benefits
• Fluent German and English, spoken and written
• Strong communication skills, analytical thinking and structured way of working
• Willingness to travel occasionally on business
