Coordinator Material Review Board

Within the Quality main department, the Material Review Board (MRB) is a key position for efficiently managing and resolving material deviations in production. You lead the MRB meetings in a technical, interdisciplinary way, drive decisions and escalations, and resolve non-conformities together with suppliers and internal interfaces. The work offers great variety, exciting technical content and collaboration across almost all departments and management levels.

• Technical, interdisciplinary leadership of the MRB in the production environment
• Driving decisions and, if necessary, escalations
• Collaborating with suppliers and other interfaces and resolving non-conformities
• Preparing and contributing to reporting for department management, main department management, project management and executive management, among others
• Root cause analysis, defining measures and initiating improvement measures
• Handling complaints and cost recovery from suppliers

• Successfully completed degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable field
• Professional experience in quality management, preferably in the automotive, aerospace or electrical industry
• Experienced use of MS Office and SAP
• Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
• Experience working with suppliers and a strong quality awareness
• Willingness to make occasional business trips between sites
