Multi-Project Planner

Rheinmetall Landsysteme GmbH is looking for a full-time Multi-Project Planner (m/f/d) in Kassel on a permanent contract. The role covers overarching analysis and management of the entire project portfolio within a matrix organization.

• Overarching analysis and management of the entire project portfolio within a matrix organization
• Capacity management: Central assessment of consolidated project needs and capacities
• Escalation and interface management: Actively managing and moderating resource conflicts in coordination with internal stakeholders
• Strategy management: Contributing to and actively supporting prioritization decisions
• Reporting and process management: Developing reporting structures further and implementing modern PM tools

• Successfully completed degree in engineering or business administration, or a similar qualification
• Technical understanding (bonus): Ideally you have a basic understanding of development and process flows in hardware and software systems
• Process understanding: A general interest in complex technical contexts helps you quickly grasp dependencies within multi-project management
• Analytical thinking to efficiently grasp complex matters
• Good German and English skills, spoken and written
• Basic knowledge of project planning tools (MS Project, SAP PS) as well as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Confident communication and facilitation skills and a structured way of working
• General willingness to travel on business occasionally
