Specialist Scheduling

Independent support of the Project Management Office in planning and implementing infrastructure and deployment support projects, support of project management in the project portfolio steering process, creation, updating and tracking of project and schedule plans, integrated project control, coordination of appointments and tasks, support in further development of the scheduling area, support of bid projects.

• Independent support of the Project Management Office in planning and implementing infrastructure and deployment support projects (e.g. mobile medical stations)
• Support of project management in the project portfolio steering process
• Creation, updating and tracking of project and schedule plans
• Integrated project control consisting of task management, performance monitoring, progress measurement and reporting internally and externally (Supplier Tracking)
• Coordination of appointments and tasks with internal and external contact persons and stakeholders
• Support in the further development, optimization and procedural establishment of the scheduling area in the company
• Support of bid projects

• Successfully completed university degree in business administration, industrial engineering or comparable
• Professional experience in project management
• IPMA certification (or comparable) desirable
• Proficient use of MS Project and all common MS Office products
• Very good English skills in word and writing
• Willingness for occasional business trips
• Technical system understanding
• Solution-oriented, structured and careful way of working as well as high communication and persuasion skills and team orientation
