Specialist Payroll

Specialist Payroll (m/f/d) at MS Motorservice International GmbH in Neuss. Full-time, permanent contract. Responsible for payroll accounting in SAP, personnel master data maintenance, contact person for accounting queries, processing of wage tax and social security topics. Requires commercial training or business administration degree, several years of experience in payroll accounting, SAP HCM and SuccessFactors knowledge. • Preparation and proper, timely execution of payroll accounting taking into account applicable labor law, collective agreements, wage tax and social security law in SAP
• Recording and maintenance of all payroll-relevant personnel master data
• Contact person for all questions on payroll accounting for employees and managers
• Processing of wage tax and social security law topics
• Processing of statutory electronic certification and reporting procedures
• Data maintenance and data control in SAP and SuccessFactors

• Completed commercial training (e.g. personnel clerk, industrial clerk) or equivalent
• Alternatively: completed business administration degree (e.g. economics, human resources, tax law, etc.)
• Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting
• Sound knowledge of labor, wage tax and social security law
• Confident handling of SAP HCM and very good knowledge of SuccessFactors
• Affinity for IT systems
• Trustworthiness and understanding of discretion
