Working Student Compliance Due Diligence (CDD)

Conduct business partner checks (Business Partners Due Diligence) to prevent and identify economic crimes such as AML, tax evasion, corruption/bribery or sanctions violations. Support the Compliance Due Diligence team in further developing and maintaining existing quality controls and user support for group-wide IT systems and interfaces. Conduct „Know Your Customer“ (KYC) research using investigative tools and OSINT. Review joint ventures and other cooperation partners in international M&A context.

• Ongoing studies in law, business administration or STEM subjects
• Advanced IT skills are an advantage
• Interest in the use of artificial intelligence (AI) and digital tools to optimize work processes or workflow solutions are an advantage
• Strong ability for solution-oriented teamwork, combined with precise and understandable coordination with the operational business
• Experience with MS Office
• Strong communication and team skills
• Very good English skills written and spoken
• Quick comprehension and flexibility, characterized by willingness to adapt own work processes
• Proactive questioning of processes and thinking along in continuous improvement
