• Support in technical facility management
• Support in coordination of technical construction measures
• Assistance with internal project communication
• Support in compliance with operator obligations, execution and coordination of maintenance services and expert inspections
• General support of building services
• Creation and updating of project-specific documentation
• Placing of orders
• General support of the relevant departments

• Ongoing studies in Facility Management, Energy, Energy Management, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or comparable
• Experience and knowledge in MS Office
• Basic technical affinity
• Basic knowledge in project management
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Willingness to perform and learn
• Strong communication skills
