Apprenticeship as Management Assistant in Healthcare

The apprenticeship starts on 1 August 2027 and lasts 3 years, ending on the date of the passed examination. Practical training takes place exclusively at Zentralklinik Bad Berka GmbH, beginning with a 4-week placement in nursing. Thereafter you will rotate through the following administrative departments for regular periods: Reception and Service, Financial Accounting, Service Billing, Controlling and Medical Controlling, Materials Management, Human Resources. You will become familiar with daily routine tasks, especially the IT applications used.

You stand out through: Joy, thirst for knowledge, commitment; a good secondary school diploma (Realschulabschluss) or equivalent qualification; medical fitness (GP certificate); good knowledge of German and Mathematics; a first internship in administration; basic understanding of commercial and economic matters; team spirit and sense of responsibility
