The Zentralklinik Bad Berka Nursing professionals with or without specialist further training

• Deploy to various work areas (Intermediate Care, Emergency Department and Intensive Care Unit) with appropriate prior induction and individual coordination
• Responsible for patient-oriented organisation and implementation of the nursing process
• Managing the admission and discharge process of patients in the work area
• Monitoring and compliance with hygiene regulations
• Patient-oriented organisation and coordination of ward processes
• Assisting with medical, diagnostic and therapeutic measures

• Completed vocational training as a nursing specialist (female/male/diverse)
• Several years of professional experience in intensive care nursing
• Completed specialist further training or willingness to acquire the corresponding qualification desirable
• Enthusiasm for new challenges every day
