What You'll Learn
- You assist the nursing specialists on the intensive care units and perform nursing tasks in basic and treatment care of our patients
- You actively help with early mobilization and positioning of intensive care patients, motivate and provide assistance, e.g. with food intake and activities of daily living
- You support the team with transport and logistics tasks as well as with compliance and implementation of hygiene-relevant requirements
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a nursing assistant (m/f/d)
- Experience in outpatient or inpatient care
- Qualification or further training in the field of nursing
- Independent and solution-oriented work
- High degree of patient orientation, confident manners and empathy
- High social competence
- Willingness to cooperate with other professional groups
- Communication and team skills
- Readiness for action and flexibility
- IT skills
