Medical Assistant for our MVZ Bad Berka - Surgery Department

MVZ Zentralklinik GmbH Bad Berka is looking for a Medical Assistant (m/f/d) for its Bad Berka site, Surgery department, part-time (20h/week), starting as soon as possible.

• Reception and admission of patients, coordination of appointment scheduling and record keeping
• Archive and database maintenance
• Preparation and follow-up of consultation hours
• Responsibility for billing
• Establishing and developing modern practice workflows, structures and processes
• Internal practice organization, hygiene management

• A completed vocational training as a medical assistant, nurse or a comparable qualification
• Experience in an orthopedic or surgical practice is desirable
• Good knowledge of medical software; prior experience with the practice software medatixx (x.concept / x.vianova) is desirable but not strictly required
• Experience assisting with minor surgical procedures and their preparation and follow-up would be an advantage
• Organizational skills, independent working style, communication skills and teamwork skills
• Good knowledge of common MS Office applications
• Willingness to pursue further training
