Qualified nurses for pediatric psychosomatic care

Klinikum Frankfurt (Oder) is seeking qualified nurses to care for and support children and adolescents with psychosomatic symptoms and physical illnesses as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team.

• Care for children and adolescents with psychosomatic symptoms, including elimination, eating and pain disorders, as well as physical illnesses such as diabetes
• Organize nursing care and work processes with a strong focus on patients' needs
• Support patients as a co-therapist and provide individual and group nursing therapy interventions, including within the primary nursing model
• Actively contribute to case and team discussions and regularly attend supervision and de-escalation training
• Help develop innovative treatment and care approaches within a multidisciplinary treatment team
• Handle feeding tubes and tube feeds
• Support children and adolescents in their everyday lives
• Provide crisis intervention

• Qualification as a nurse (all genders), or
• Qualification as a specialist in care and support for people with disabilities (all genders)
• Enjoy working in a multidisciplinary team
• Work independently and take responsibility
• Interest in further training and professional development
• Empathy and interest in working with children, adolescents and their families
