About this Apprenticeship
Nursing professionals (m/f/d) for the acute psychiatry ward care for psychiatric patients with a focus on acute psychiatry in a multiprofessional treatment team.
What You'll Learn
- You care for psychiatric patients with a focus on acute psychiatry
- With a strong patient focus, you shape nursing requirements and work processes
- You support patients co-therapeutically and carry out nursing-therapy individual and group interventions
- You actively take part in case and team meetings and regularly attend supervision and de-escalation training
- You help develop innovative therapy and care concepts in a multiprofessional treatment team
Requirements
- Qualification as a nursing professional (f/m/d) or qualification as a special education nurse (f/m/d)
- Enjoyment of working in a multiprofessional team
- Independent and self-reliant work
- Interest in further training and continuing education
