About this Apprenticeship
The Campus Academy at RHÖN-KLINIKUM Campus Bad Neustadt is seeking a nursing educator to start as soon as possible in a temporary role at its vocational nursing school. You will support 120 trainees and help develop the school.
What You'll Learn
- Take on varied and challenging duties at the vocational nursing school
- Support 120 trainees in their theoretical and practical training and serve as a specialist examiner
- Lead a course and guide and advise trainees on their individual learning progress
- Actively help develop the school and the Campus Academy, which supports staff development through more than 400 training and continuing education courses each year
Requirements
- Completed degree in Nursing Education or a comparable educational qualification, plus a recognised professional nursing qualification
- Alternatively: A master's degree or Diplom in Healthcare Management with at least 40 credits in education, plus a master's degree or Diplom in Nursing Management with at least 40 credits in education and a recognised professional nursing qualification
- Alternatively: A master's degree in Nursing with at least 40 credits in education
- Enjoyment of teaching, working with people and helping varied groups of learners develop skills
- Strong communication skills
- Assertiveness when needed
- Openness to new ideas and to developing forward-looking teaching approaches and digital media
- Very good computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
