Working Student AI & Automation – Microsoft 365 / Power Platform

Working student position at the firm in AI and automation with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform. You build and test prototypes in Power Automate/M365, develop a prompt library for M365 Copilot and support the digitalisation of internal processes.

• AI and automation use cases: build and test prototypes in Power Automate/M365 and make them stable for everyday work at the firm
• Quality: define tests, document them cleanly, build in error handling/logging and reduce outages
• M365 Copilot: develop a prompt library (templates, categories, best practices) and improve result quality in the team
• Create short how-tos/guides so others can quickly adopt use cases and prompts
• Quick wins: gather requirements, assess feasibility and prioritise use cases by benefit/effort
• Support: help colleagues with AI questions and problems
• Security: support implementing security policies and compliance with security concepts
• Digitalisation: help introduce new digital tools and support digitalisation processes to optimise internal processes

• At least three completed semesters studying business administration, business informatics or a comparable degree programme
• First experience with or strong interest in Power Automate, ideally also Teams/SharePoint/Lists/Planner
• Reproducible work, clear documentation and thinking in standards/checklists
• Enjoy prompt engineering and building reusable prompt templates for M365 Copilot
• Perfect command of the German language and solution-oriented communication with the departments
• Sociable and willing to support the team with your knowledge
• Ability to explain technical matters clearly and complete tasks reliably
