• on the road: At Bosch Rexroth, in the 2nd year of training, there is an inter-company seminar on occupational safety including driving safety training. At the end of the training, a cross-professional graduation trip is offered on a voluntary basis. During the training or your dual study program, an assignment at another company location (also abroad) is possible
• onboarding: At the beginning of your time at Bosch Rexroth AG, a 3-week induction period is planned. It's about smooth arrival, getting to know each other, and initial networking. For trainees, a seminar week in the Rhön is on the program
