• Shape the semiconductor technology of the future with us! We are looking for innovation-driven Master graduates and PhDs with a desire to shape the next generation of semiconductors for the automotive industry and consumer goods. You are passionate about microelectronics, think future-oriented, and want to revolutionize mobility and everyday technologies of tomorrow? Then we want to hear from you.
• Over an intensive journey of 12–24 months, you will become part of our Semiconductors division – the technological heart of modern innovations. You will rotate through various stations in Germany and abroad (e.g., in agile product areas, corporate start-ups, or line organizations) and dive deep into technology development, circuit design, or forward-looking architectures for Systems-on-Chip (SoC). Your mission: identify future topics, develop innovative systems, and push the boundaries of what is technically feasible.
• You will not only support – you will develop, decide, and shape. You work in agile teams on technically demanding products (such as power semiconductors for electric vehicles or MEMS sensors for smartphones) and lay the foundation for your future as a leader.
• What you will learn and develop with us:
• You will learn how the development and production of high-tech semiconductors works in a global technology corporation – from the first idea to market maturity.
• You will actively shape the hardware of tomorrow: from power electronics for electromobility to automotive system ICs and IP modules to MEMS sensors for smartphones, wearables, or drones.

• You have completed your technical Master's or Diploma degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Chemistry, Physics, or a comparable natural science with above-average grades. Ideally, you already have a PhD or initial professional experience in semiconductor development.
• You demonstrate genuine inventive spirit and are passionate about topics such as power electronics, ASICs, circuit design, or MEMS sensors. Technical challenges are not a barrier for you, but a driver for innovation.
• You want to understand how semiconductor solutions transform entire industries – from automotive to consumer electronics – and how you can optimally align your developments with the requirements of global markets.
• For you, leadership means continuously advancing people. With courage, openness, tolerance, and mindfulness, you inspire your team and get others excited about your technological ideas.
• You question existing design and development processes, bring your own creative solution approaches, and have the drive to implement ambitious innovation leaps in practice. Demanding industrial internships distinguish you.

• You communicate fluently in English and have good German skills to navigate safely in our global and local development teams. Additionally, you have gained at least three months of international experience.
