Mandatory Internship in Application of Vehicle Control Units

• As part of your internship, you will support us in the Engineering Service Business area with a focus on the application of control units for conventional and hybrid vehicles.
• Your tasks include planning and carrying out measurements on the test vehicle on the test track, on the roller test bench or on the engine on the engine test bench.
• You will get to know the application and evaluation tools and take over the preparation and evaluation of the measurement results.
• Last but not least, you will be involved in the further development of internal tools for parameter adjustment and automated evaluation of measurement data.

• Education: Studies in vehicle engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, computer science or comparable technical field
• Experience and know-how: in vehicle and engine technology as well as experience with INCA; first programming skills in Matlab/Simulink or a classic programming language advantageous
• Qualification: Class B driving licence
• Personality and work style: you work independently, in a planned manner and focused on success
• Enthusiasm: technical affinity
• Languages: very good German and good English
• Prerequisite for the internship is enrollment at a university.
