Mandatory internship in process management

Mandatory internship in process management at Bosch Global Business Services in Gerlingen. You work on the process map for "Bosch My Insurance", on documentation and on knowledge management. Enrollment at a university is required, and the internship is only possible as a mandatory internship under the study regulations (SPO).

• You actively help design, plan and create the process map for "Bosch My Insurance" and look after its further development.
• Creating technical and process documentation is also part of your tasks.
• You also define the document life cycle regarding creation, maintenance, updating and responsibilities.
• With your expertise you structure and standardize existing documentation.
• You independently build a modern, transparent knowledge management and design an advanced AI-supported knowledge system.

• Studies in business administration, business psychology, German studies or similar
• Confident use of MS Office
• You are communicative, committed and work precisely; your teamwork skills complete your profile
• Your on-site presence is required
• Enjoyment of developing new things and putting your own ideas into practice
• Good German
