• Review and structure existing data sources (App Store reviews and customer tickets)
• Evaluation of current AI technologies (e.g. Large Language Models, Sentiment Analysis Tools, Topic Modeling)
• Development of a concept for automated categorization and prioritization of feedback
• Construction of a lean Proof-of-Concept (PoC) for automatic extraction of "Pain Points" and feature requests
• Assessment of quality and reliability of AI-generated insights compared to manual analysis

• Advanced studies in Business Informatics, Data Science, Mathematics or comparable
• First practical experience with Machine Learning, NLP (Natural Language Processing) or LLMs
• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python (advantageous for data analysis/prototyping)
• Analytical thinking, initiative and the ability to penetrate complex, unstructured text data in a structured way
