• Shape quality: During your internship, you are fully integrated into the day-to-day operational business of our quality engineers in the PUQ area.
• Take responsibility: You support the processing and handling of supplier complaints.
• Implement measures: You assist in initiating immediate and corrective actions, conduct special inspections of inventories, and track 8D reports.
• Accompany first article inspections: You create first article inspection reports for new components and accompany the associated inspection process.
• Analyze problems: In the event of acute quality problems in assembly, you support on-site systematic analysis of deviations and identification of possible root causes on various components of our units.
• Use metrology: You perform precise measurements with modern measuring instruments, evaluate the measurement results, and check their conformity based on relevant DIN and factory standards.
• Check material properties: You deal with certificates of conformity for raw parts, such as steel bar products, and verify information on heat treatment, strength, and other material properties.

• Education: You are studying mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable engineering discipline
• Enthusiasm: You are interested in quality topics, technical components, and supplier contact
• Experience and know-how: User skills in Office programs are an advantage
• Personality: You are characterized by flexibility, teamwork, and reliability
• Languages: You have good German and English skills
• Work style: An independent, self-reliant, and structured way of working rounds off your profile
