Internship in Sales for Automation Software

In Bosch Rexroth's Automation Software area, you help shape the future of automation. With the ctrlX OS automation operating system and a marketplace with over 100 partners, you support sales in the partner ecosystem. Enrollment at a university is required for the internship.

• You support the partner managers throughout the sales process for our automation operating system, from first contact to closing the contract.
• You independently research potential partner companies and help define target groups precisely.
• You develop creative strategies and ideas for approaching new partners.
• Creating and tailoring convincing sales presentations for the target group is also part of your tasks.
• You optimize our sales processes, especially by using and integrating AI tools.
• You actively bring in your fresh perspective and valuable suggestions to keep improving how we work.

• Studies in an engineering-related field such as economics, business informatics or similar
• Experienced use of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
• Structured and independent work, reliability and strong communication skills in the team and with customers
• Option to work hybrid (2-3 days of mobile work per week)
• Enthusiasm for learning new AI-supported tools and enjoyment in understanding topics and presenting them clearly and in a structured way for others
• Fluent German and English
