Internship in Circuit Board and Material Characterization

Do you want to help shape the future of circuit board technologies in autonomous driving? Join our team and contribute to characterizing new circuit board materials. Enrollment at a university is required for the internship.

• You deal with the growing demands on circuit board technologies, which put more stress on materials and design elements.
• You carry out thermomechanical analyses (TMA) and dynamic mechanical analyses (DMA), analyze samples through cross-section preparation and microscopy, and evaluate the tests with Microsoft tools.
• You evaluate the test results using statistical methods.

• Studies in a technical or natural science degree program or comparable
• Experience performing DMA and TMA analyses; knowledge of cross-section preparation and microscopy; confident use of MS Office to evaluate tests
• You approach tasks with initiative and responsibility, work independently and as a team player
• Due to mostly lab work, your on-site presence is required
• Fluent German and English
• Enrollment at a university
