Electronics Technician / Security Technician for Voice Alarm and Public Address Systems - Frankfurt Area

Bosch Sicherheitssysteme Montage und Service GmbH is looking for someone to look after security systems such as fire alarms, intruder alarms and sensor-based solutions on site at customers in the Frankfurt a. M. area. Full-time, permanent.

• Carrying out inspections, maintenance and function tests on voice alarm systems and electroacoustic systems
• Checking, assessing and documenting the condition of the systems according to applicable standards, guidelines and manufacturer specifications
• Creating and maintaining maintenance, test and measurement records as well as technical system documentation
• Accompanying expert inspections and providing technical support for acceptance tests and recurring inspections
• Professional analysis, assessment and correction of documented defects
• Fault diagnosis, troubleshooting and repair of existing systems
• Carrying out adjustments, extensions and optimizations of existing systems
• Coordination with customers, operators, experts, project managers and internal departments
• Instructing customers and operators in the operation and proper running of the systems
• Ensuring clean, traceable and standards-compliant documentation of all work carried out

• Training: completed vocational training in electrical engineering, e.g. in electrical installation, telecommunications technology, information and telecommunication systems or comparable fields, with a willingness to develop further
• Personality and working style: customer-oriented, entrepreneurial thinking and flexible action; independent, performance-oriented way of working
• Experience and know-how: at least initial experience and practical knowledge in security technology (preferably maintenance/servicing of voice alarm and public address systems) and in customer contact are necessary; knowledge of relevant standards and guidelines (e.g. DIN VDE 0833-4, DIN 14675, DIN EN 54, DIN EN 50849 / VDE 0828-1) is an advantage
• Qualification: solid PC skills, including MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), car driving licence
• Language: at least German level B2 or a comparable level is required
