Project Planner for the Bosch Customer Team – North/West Region

Bosch Sicherheitssysteme GmbH is looking for a project planner for planning, engineering and solution concepts in security and building technology for the customer Bosch in the North/West region. The position can be filled at the locations Eschborn, Würzburg, Kassel, Hannover, Stuttgart or Nürnberg. Full-time, permanent.

• Planning and concept: You are responsible for creating plans, engineering designs and solution concepts for the trades of security and building technology, specifically for our customer Bosch in the North/West region.
• Quotation preparation: You create and process bills of quantities, tenders and quotations and coordinate them in compliance with internal processes and legal regulations.
• Technical development: You translate complex customer requirements into our service and solution portfolio, are responsible for the technical development and support the shop and installation planning. You also create requirement and specification documents.
• Coordination and collaboration: You work closely and trustingly with key account management and those responsible for implementation and ensure lasting customer satisfaction.
• Planning documents and coordination: You create planning documents for official approvals and communicate regularly with the client and the users of the security systems.
• Documentation: You are responsible for careful documentation of completed projects and maintaining traceable planning statuses.

• Education: You have completed technical training with further qualification (e.g. technician, master craftsman) or a completed degree in electrical engineering, communications engineering or a comparable field.
• Experience and know-how: You bring several years of professional experience in planning, engineering or implementing technical projects. Experience with security systems (expertise in security/network technology, e.g. fire and intrusion alarm systems, access control, video and perimeter protection, and the standards DIN VDE 0833, DIN VDE 0834, DIN 14675 desirable) as well as technical knowledge of building technology. Confident use of CAD systems (e.g. preferably AutoCAD) and MS Office is required; knowledge of cost calculation programs and e.g. BIM planning (Building Information Modeling) in Autodesk Revit is desirable.
• Personality and working style: You are highly enthusiastic about technical innovations and work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented way. You are also communicative, a team player and confident in technical discussions with customers.
• Enthusiasm and mobility: You are willing to travel a lot as needed, hold a class B driving license and are open to new things.
• Languages: You have very good German and good English skills.
