Sales Controller - Temporary

Bosch Sicherheitssysteme GmbH is seeking an experienced Sales Controller in Eschborn for a temporary full-time role. The position covers sales controlling and sales excellence across business units. The start date is by agreement.

• Take responsibility for sales controlling and sales excellence across business units, working with the business units and central sales management.
• Coordinate the exchange and joint alignment of business performance indicators with the business units' sales controllers.
• Act as a link in the further development of sales and sales controlling tools and methods for efficient and effective management.
• Research data, calculate business performance indicators, prepare them and check their plausibility.
• Prepare data and determine customer classifications across business units.
• Track business units' sales targets and develop possible sales actions.
• Provide oversight for marketing and sales controlling and help establish a process to maintain data quality over time.
• Monitor cross-selling across business units.
• Prepare content, coordinate schedules and participate in sales management meetings.
• Coordinate, monitor, communicate, calculate and enter planning figures and interim results for sales management.
• Contribute to special sales projects.

• Education: completed degree in Economics, Business Administration or a related subject; several years of professional experience in sales excellence and/or sales controlling
• Qualifications: proficient use of MS Office and SAP applications
• Personality and working style: good interpersonal and analytical skills; a solution-focused approach to complex problems; assertiveness and strong organizational and communication skills
• Languages: very good English and German skills
