About this Apprenticeship
Bosch Sicherheitssysteme Montage und Service GmbH is seeking a qualified technician to install, commission and repair voice alarm systems at customer sites in the Bielefeld area. This is a permanent, full-time position with a start date by agreement.
What You'll Learn
- Install, commission and repair voice alarm systems and provide other technical services
- Prepare the required system documentation
- Hand over operational systems to customers and arrange acceptance with authorities and others
- Work hours suited to customer needs
- Take part in on-call duties outside business hours
Requirements
- Training: completed vocational training in electrical engineering, for example electrical installation, telecommunications engineering, information and telecommunications systems or a similar field, with a willingness to develop further
- Personality and working style: customer-focused, business-minded thinking, flexibility and an independent, results-focused approach
- Experience and expertise: at least two years of experience and practical knowledge of security systems, specifically voice alarm systems, and customer contact are required
- Qualifications: strong computer skills, including MS Office applications Outlook, Excel and Word, and a driving licence for cars
- Language: German at level B2 or an equivalent level is required
