• To ensure a reliable production start, you prepare our modern production lines for product changes and carry out the changeovers independently.
• You regularly carry out maintenance and inspection work so that all systems operate stably and safely in ongoing operation. In case of malfunctions at the automatic placement systems, you quickly analyze the causes and ensure minimal downtime with professional repairs.
• If you notice processes in your daily work that could be solved more simply, safely, or with better quality, you contribute your ideas directly and implement them.
• Additionally, you participate in the creation and maintenance of easy-to-understand work and test instructions for your production area.

• Training: completed training as mechatronics technician, electronics technician, or equivalent
• Experience and know-how: confident handling of MS Office; good knowledge of SAP and MES desirable; experience in a production system advantageous
• Personality and work style: You manage to quickly familiarize yourself with new situations and keep a cool head even in demanding situations; you organize your tasks proactively and efficiently, always placing great value on precise work results and compliance with safety standards; you complete your tasks with great care and precision
• Daily work: Willingness to changing working hours within a shift model
• Languages: good German spoken and written
