Mandatory Internship in Media Relations

Mandatory internship in Media Relations in the area of Corporate Communications and PR. Start from August 2026, duration 6 months (only mandatory internship according to study regulations possible). Prerequisite for the internship is enrollment at a university. Please attach your CV, current transcript of records, current enrollment certificate, your examination regulations and, if applicable, a valid work and residence permit. • You prepare media activities such as events and interviews, both organisationally and in terms of content, and support them professionally.
• You independently draft concise press releases, informative fact sheets and targeted management briefings.
• For well-founded communication work, you carry out research independently and prepare the results.
• You support the coordination of international media work and advise press spokespeople in different countries.
• As the contact person for international communications colleagues, you support their media work and answer standard enquiries.
• Coordinating international communicators is also part of your responsibilities.

• Education: studies in (international) communication, media management or public relations
• Experience and know-how: with the German and international media landscape as well as AI tools and social media
• Personality and working style: communicative, action-oriented, creative and eager-to-learn team player with intercultural skills
• Daily work: after a thorough induction, mobile working is possible (by the day)
• Languages: fluent German and English
