PreMaster Programme - Gap Year - Marketing Performance & Operations

A two-stage PreMaster programme at Bosch Rexroth for bachelor's graduates planning to pursue a master's degree. The first stage offers up to 12 months of practical experience in the Marketing Performance & Operations team. The second stage consists of an independent master's degree at a university of your choice, with additional events, seminars and personal support.

• You actively support key projects and help develop our performance-focused, data-driven marketing organisation.
• You help develop and introduce our new Marketing Operating Model and support the design of its processes and structures.
• You help define roles and responsibilities and ensure coordination between business units, sales units and central functions.
• You also promote alignment of relevant activities across the organisation and help achieve our goals for 2030.

• Education: a bachelor's degree with above-average results in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Business Information Systems or a comparable subject, and the intention to pursue a master's degree
• Experience and knowledge: strong financial and analytical skills and experience analysing and evaluating metrics and dashboards focused on marketing ROI; knowledge of AI tools and automation tools to improve processes and efficiency
• Qualifications: confident use of Canva to create modern, appealing marketing and presentation materials, plus very good Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills for data analysis and reporting
• Personality and working style: strong initiative, excellent teamwork skills and willingness to contribute to several projects across departments and actively drive organisational change
• Languages: very good German and English
