Mandatory Internship People & Culture and Plant Management Support

Mandatory internship at Bosch Rexroth in Schweinfurt in the HR area. You support an employee initiative on modern corporate communication and company culture and work closely with plant management. Enrolment at a university is required.

• You support the team in the creative planning, organisation and delivery of interactive workshops.
• You help shape the further development of our site.
• Close work with plant management gives you deep insights into the field.

• Studies in business administration, (business) psychology, media communication or similar
• Experience with video editing desirable; confident use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Communicative, committed and structured approach, enjoyment of varied tasks and of working independently in a team
• On-site presence is required
• Fluent German
• Enrolment at a university
