Customer Service Technician Goslar/Seesen Area

As a key part of our service team, you independently carry out commissioning, maintenance and repairs on our Bosch Thermotechnik products after receiving comprehensive theoretical and practical onboarding. Your area of responsibility includes heat pumps, split air conditioning units, gas/oil heating systems and control units in complex plant systems in customer service for Buderus and Bosch Junkers. For measurements, tests and self-regulation of thermotechnology products, you act as a competent contact person for our customers and resolve complaints confidently with your analytical and technical skills. Your assignments start conveniently directly from your home. For this you receive modern IT equipment and a fully equipped service vehicle, whose tool and spare parts inventory you are responsible for.

Education: completed commercial vocational training, preferably in mechatronics, electrical engineering, refrigeration technology, heating engineering or related field Experience and know-how: professional experience in customer service; good PC skills; expertise in heating technology, control technology, renewable energies and system hydraulics desirable Personality and work style: you always act in a customer-oriented manner and find the right words with your strong communication skills to inspire our customers; you also enjoy working in a team and actively contribute to achieving common goals Languages: very good German written and spoken
