• Technical and disciplinary leadership as well as establishment and further development of the IT Logistics Operations department in Burgwedel
• Ensuring the cross-location technical operability of ROSSMANN logistics employees through reliable and professional support
• Managing external service providers within the scope of support and service activities
• IT coordination regarding the introduction and reliable IT operation as well as IT service of logistics IT systems and logistics plant technology
• Designing and further developing structured service processes within and from the IT Logistics Operations department
• Close cooperation with other IT departments with a focus on the operation and further development of logistics IT systems, especially in the areas of Agile Development as well as Enterprise Architecture and Business Partner Management
• Independent development and implementation of improvement measures (e.g., in the form of automation and self-service or knowledge building)
• Participation in the IT leadership team and close cooperation with other departments and areas of IT
• Taking over reporting to stakeholders and structured further development regarding IT service processes

• A completed degree in IT or a completed IT Ausbildung, or several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Leadership experience of at least three years as well as comprehensive experience in IT service management
• Expertise in modern IT technologies and IT platforms
• Knowledge of working with IT service management tools
• Know-how in logistical (core) processes (picking, etc.) is an advantage
• Willingness to travel to our warehouse locations, especially to our central warehouse in Landsberg (Halle/Saale)
• ITIL knowledge is an advantage
• Basic technical knowledge in handling Active Directory, client and mobile device management systems, client operating systems, as well as logistical IT hardware (such as MDE / Pick by Voice / Pick by Light / etc.) and mobile devices is an advantage
• Strong customer and service orientation combined with excellent communication skills
• Cool head with a hands-on mentality, quick comprehension, and independent way of working
