Sales assistant / retail management apprenticeship, 2027

Train at ROSSMANN as a sales assistant in 2 years or a retail management assistant in 3 years. Learn to organise retail operations, help run the store and advise customers. Training starts on 15 August 2027, with first-year pay between €1,090 and €1,270 per month.

• On the shop floor: Keep shelves stocked, present products well and create a shopping experience customers enjoy.
• At the checkout: Serve customers quickly, keep track of transactions and make checkout run smoothly.
• Customer advice: Know current trends, understand each customer's needs and find products that suit their daily life.
• Teamwork: Work closely with colleagues and listen to everyone to help run the store together.

• You are reliable and punctual and can work shifts around the store's flexible opening hours.
• You work well in a team and are keen to help everywhere, whether at the checkout, stocking shelves or advising customers.
• You have a feel for trends and enjoy meeting customers' needs.
• You communicate well and enjoy working with people.
• You want to develop and learn new skills.
