Ausbildung as Salesperson / Retail Salesperson – 2026

Welcome to Rossmann! This apprenticeship as Salesperson (m/f/d) / Retail Merchant (m/f/d) – 2026 takes place in Wolfenbüttel, Lower Saxony. The apprenticeship starts on 15.08.2026. The apprenticeship duration is 3 years. The monthly apprenticeship remuneration starts at 1,090€ in the first year and rises to 1,270€ in the last apprenticeship year. Start your career in retail and develop valuable skills for your professional future.

Your journey with the Azubi Club starts on August 15, 2026, in your ROSSMANN store. When and where you attend vocational school depends on the respective store.

• You will quickly learn and organize the processes in retail:
• On the sales floor: Have you discovered a gap on the shelf? Is a shower gel standing between the muesli? You are attentive and help out everywhere – whether it's restocking goods or redesigning the make-up counter. An iPod helps you always keep track of our goods in the warehouse.
• In customer service: Whether it's health products or perfume: You learn to advise our customers competently and friendly. This way, you are a great help to them.
• At the checkout: You scan the goods, ask about the ROSSMANN app, and bid farewell to our customers. This way, you ensure that they leave the store satisfied.

Once you have completed your Ausbildung, you will be offered an unlimited employment contract if your performance is good. With us, you can advance professionally – and perhaps one day manage your own store!

• Are you characterized by friendliness and enjoyment in dealing with people?
• Do you enjoy learning new things and discovering the variety of our products?
• Are you reliable and can the opening hours within your branch be covered by the shift model for you?

Then we look forward to receiving your application!
