About this Apprenticeship
During your apprenticeship, you will learn everything you need to organize retail processes, actively shape the day in the store, and be there for our customers. As an expert (m/f/d) for trends, nutrition, care, and cosmetics, you will develop into a true sales talent. Your journey with the Apprentice Club starts on August 15, 2027, in your ROSSMANN store. When and where you attend vocational school depends on the respective store. If you complete your apprenticeship successfully, you will be taken on in a permanent position. You can advance professionally with us – and perhaps one day manage your own store!
What You'll Learn
- On the floor: You ensure our sales area always looks top: full shelves, perfectly presented products, and a shopping experience that delights our customers.
- At the checkout: You are the pro at the checkout – you scan quickly, keep track, and ensure smooth checkout for our customers.
- In consulting: You know what's trending, recognize individual customer needs, and find products that perfectly fit their daily life.
- In the team: You work hand in hand with your colleagues and always have an ear for everyone. Together you rock the store.
Requirements
- Your reliability and punctuality are unbeatable! You can also handle flexible opening hours in a shift model without problems.
- You are a true team player and motivated to pitch in everywhere – whether at the checkout, on the shelf, or in consulting.
- You have a feel for trends and like to respond to customer requests.
- You are a communication talent and enjoy working with people.
- You are eager to develop further and learn new skills – with us you can really take off!
