Start your career in the Azubi Club at ROSSMANN. In your apprenticeship you learn to organize retail processes, actively shape the day in the store and be there for customers. As an expert in trends, nutrition, care and cosmetics, you grow into a sales talent. With good performance you will be taken on permanently after training. When and where you attend vocational school depends on the store.

• On the shop floor: keep the sales area full of stocked shelves and perfectly presented products
• At the checkout: check out quickly, keep an overview and ensure smooth checkout
• In advice: recognize customer needs and find fitting products
• In the team: work hand in hand with colleagues

• Reliability and punctuality; you handle the flexible opening hours in a shift model with ease
