About this Apprenticeship
Train at ROSSMANN as a sales assistant or retail sales specialist. Learn to organise retail operations, help run the store and advise customers on trends, nutrition, personal care and cosmetics. The sales assistant apprenticeship lasts two years; the retail sales specialist apprenticeship lasts three years.
What You'll Learn
- On the shop floor: Keep the sales area looking its best, with full shelves, well displayed products and a shopping experience customers enjoy.
- At the checkout: Process purchases quickly, stay organised and keep checkout running smoothly for customers.
- Advising customers: Know current trends, understand each customer's needs and find products that suit their daily lives.
- In the team: Work closely with colleagues, listen to others and help run the store together.
Requirements
- You are reliable and punctual, and you can work shifts covering the store's flexible opening hours.
- You work well in a team and are keen to help wherever needed, at the checkout, stocking shelves or advising customers.
- You have a feel for trends and enjoy responding to customers' wishes.
- You communicate well and enjoy working with people.
- You want to develop and learn new skills.
