Become part of the Azubi Club and start your career with an apprenticeship at ROSSMANN in Geseke. In your training you learn to organize retail processes, actively shape the day in the store and be there for customers. As an expert in trends, nutrition, care and cosmetics, you grow into a true sales talent. Duration: sales assistant 2 years, retail clerk 3 years. After training, with good performance, you will be offered a permanent contract.

• On the sales floor: You make sure our sales area always looks great: full shelves, perfectly presented products and a shopping experience that delights our customers.
• At the checkout: You are the pro at the checkout, you ring up quickly, keep an overview and make sure checkout runs smoothly for our customers.
• In advice: You know what is trending, recognize customers' individual needs and find the products that fit their daily lives perfectly.
• In the team: You work hand in hand with your colleagues and always have an ear for everyone. Together you rock the store.
