Become part of the Azubi Club and start your career with an apprenticeship at ROSSMANN. During your training you learn to organize retail processes, actively shape the day in the store and be there for customers. As an expert in trends, nutrition, care and cosmetics, you grow into a real sales talent. With good performance, you will be taken on in a permanent position after your training. When and where you attend vocational school depends on the store.

• On the sales floor: You make sure our sales floor always looks great: full shelves, perfectly presented products and a shopping experience that delights our customers.
• At the checkout: You check out customers quickly, keep an overview and make sure checkout runs smoothly for our customers.
• In customer advice: You recognize our customers' individual needs and find the products that fit their daily lives perfectly.
• In the team: You work hand in hand with your colleagues and always have an ear for everyone.

• Your reliability and punctuality are unbeatable! You can also easily handle the flexible opening hours in a shift model.
• You are a real team player and motivated to pitch in everywhere – at the checkout, on the shelf or in customer advice.
• You have a feel for trends and like to respond to customer wishes
