Apprenticeship as Sales Assistant / Retail Clerk – 2027

Start your career in the Azubi Club at ROSSMANN. During your apprenticeship you learn to organize retail processes, actively shape the day in the store and be there for customers. As an expert in trends, nutrition, care and cosmetics, you grow into a real sales talent. The training lasts 2 years (sales assistant) or 3 years (retail clerk). With good performance, you will be taken on in a permanent employment relationship after training.

• On the shop floor: you make sure shelves are full and products are perfectly presented
• At the checkout: you check out customers quickly, keep an overview and ensure a smooth checkout
• In customer advice: you recognize customers' needs and find suitable products
• In the team: you work hand in hand with your colleagues

• Reliability and punctuality; you can handle flexible opening hours in a shift model
