About this Apprenticeship
At ROSSMANN, you will learn to organise retail processes, help run the store and advise customers. You will build knowledge of trends, nutrition, personal care and cosmetics. The sales assistant apprenticeship lasts two years, and the retail sales specialist apprenticeship lasts three years. The timing and location of vocational school classes depend on the store.
What You'll Learn
- On the shop floor, you keep shelves stocked, display products well and create a pleasant shopping experience.
- At the checkout, you handle payments quickly, stay organised and keep things running smoothly.
- When advising customers, you know current trends, understand customers' needs and find products that suit their daily lives.
- You work closely with your colleagues and listen to everyone in the team.
Requirements
- You are reliable and punctual and can work shifts during the store's varying opening hours.
- You work well in a team and are willing to help at the checkout, on the shelves and with customer advice.
- You have a feel for trends and enjoy responding to customers' wishes.
- You communicate well and enjoy working with people.
- You want to develop your skills and learn new ones.
