Apprenticeship as Retail Management Assistant

You enjoy talking to customers, are communicative and interested in retail? Then start your apprenticeship as a retail management assistant (m/f/d) with us and become part of a committed team. During your apprenticeship you will learn to advise our customers competently, present goods and understand business processes in retail. You conduct advisory talks with customers, sell goods and handle complaints; plan purchasing, order goods and accept deliveries; check the quality of delivered goods and ensure proper storage; label goods and help replenish shelves and counters as well as design sales areas; assist in planning and implementing advertising and sales-promoting measures; observe the market and support product range design.
