In your ROSSMANN apprenticeship you learn to organise retail processes, actively shape the day in the store and be there for our customers. As an expert in trends, nutrition, care and cosmetics, you grow into a real sales talent. With good performance, you will be taken on in a permanent position after training.

• On the shop floor: You make sure our sales area always looks great: full shelves, perfectly presented products and a shopping experience that delights our customers.
• At the checkout: You check out customers quickly, keep an overview and make sure checkout runs smoothly.
• In advising: You recognise customers' individual needs and find the products that fit their daily lives.
• In the team: You work hand in hand with your colleagues.

• Your reliability and punctuality are unbeatable! You can also easily handle the flexible opening hours in a shift model.
• You are a real team player and motivated to help out everywhere, whether at the checkout, the shelf or in advising.
