Apprenticeship as Sales Assistant / Retail Merchant – 2027

Start your career in the Azubi Club at ROSSMANN. During the apprenticeship you learn to organize retail processes, actively shape the day in the store and be there for customers. As an expert in trends, nutrition, care and cosmetics, you grow into a real sales talent. The training lasts 2 years (Sales Assistant) or 3 years (Retail Merchant). With good performance you will be taken on in a permanent employment relationship.

• On the sales floor: keep the sales area looking great with full shelves and perfectly presented products
• At the checkout: check out customers quickly and keep an overview
• In advice: recognize customer needs and find the right products
• In the team: work hand in hand with colleagues

• Reliability and punctuality; you can handle the flexible opening hours in a shift model
